On this page you can do several things:
i) Download a member's interest form, (* See important message below), complete the form and send it to the club secretary.
ii) Access the IFHG Journals page using a Gmail account (having previously registered with the club secretary).
iii) Sign up with Google for a Gmail account
To gain access to the IFHG Members' Area you must be a registered, financial member of the Illawarra Family History Group.
Once you have registered with the club secretary you can click here to login to the IFHG Journals page.
Please note: You can only register to access journals using a Google Account.
How do I create a Google Account?
Sign up for a Gmail account
- From your device, go to the Google Account sign in page.
- Click Create account.
- In the drop down, select if the account is for your: Personal use. Child. Work or business.
- To set up your account, follow the steps on the screen.
* Downloading the member's interest form.
The form opens up as a Google Doc (not a Microsoft Word doc), however you can download it as a Word doc:
Select "File" (top left of screen) 
and in the dropdown menu select "Download"
and in the next dropdown menu select "Microsoft Word (.docx)".
This will then download the form as a Word document onto your device.
